Guess who's back, back again

Jack Frost goes where he's needed. That's his duty as a Guardian.
And obviously where he's needed right now is here.
Knowing now that he can go there and back makes it easier to be back - especially since there's snow on the ground once more. Especially since the palace, already always bizarrely full of children in his experience, seems to be practically crawling with them now.
So he seems to be a little bit everywhere at once - hanging out in the candy room, zipping through the halls, messing with the castle's otherwise meticulous decorations and sometimes adding his own in the form of interesting frost patterns on the walls or snow on the Christmas trees.
But, being Jack Frost, he can especially be found doing what he does best. Anyone who ventures outside over the next few days had best beware, because they're liable to get a snowball lobbed at their face with little more than a warning cry of "Heads up!"
If his target is a child, they might find themselves feeling a bit better about life - a bit more willing to stop and have some fun today as Jack's magic takes hold. If his target is an adult, they're liable to just get wet slush down the back of their neck.
