Femio awoke to mellifluous song of a morning bird, atop silken blankets within an opulent, yet dusty bedroom.
How peculiar! He had no memory of lying down anywhere but his humble bedroom in the boy's dormitory and indeed, he would have been quite fretful over his lapse in memory, had he not taken a moment to ponder over his circumstances. And after a moment's thought, Femio was able to come to the logical conclusion.
"Monton," Femio announced to his servant, who happened to be there, "There is only one possible explanation for our current situation. The owner of this castle must be one of my many love-struck admirers! So overcome by their passion, they have restored to abducting me during my slumber, and carrying me off to this castle! How tragic it is, that my sinful nature has made them resort to such sinful measures! Oh heaven! Pour judgement upon this sinner!"
There was a pause.
"Master Femio," Monton said, "It seems that your bull has not been abducted along with us."
"Well, that is a dilemma," Femio said. "How am I supposed to repent for my crimes against love without mon mignon Escamillo? But in that case let us part ways for a time while we look for him. I'm sure Escamillo is around here somewhere."
So it was agreed, and after smoothing down his hair and clothes Femio set out thru' the dismal castle hallways.
It took a bit of time, for the castle was vast and the layout seemed quite inconsistent, but eventually he happened to spy someone going about their business. Femio quickly moved into the spot where the light was best and struck a pose (What a pity that Monton and Escamillo were not present to aid him!) and called out a greeting:
"Bonjour, mon amour! Are you the master of this castle?"

Date: 2016-04-01 06:43 am (UTC)The aid of his servants was not required; the glass-less windows allowed in not only air, but drifting petals from the garden's flowers on the wind. (This struck them as odd, since there wasn't much wind or many flowers easily losing petals last time they'd seen.)
They eyed the young man holding a Mettaton-like posture, deciding to act by mimicking him, and solemnly replied:
"...no."

"Ah!" he said, "I see your admiration extends even to mimicking my movements. How charming! And yet," and suddenly he dropped to his knees, pressing an anguished hand to his anguished forehead, "How sinful of me, to induce you to follow in my torturous footsteps! I would call upon the heavens to rain retribution upon me, at this very moment-! But I'm afraid I must sin further, and put that aside for the moment.
"Please," he said, extending his hands in supplication, "You must tell me where to find the master of this castle, so that I may speak with them! It isn't right that they should have felt forced to kidnap me, and I simply cannot stay here to be loved by only one person!"

Date: 2016-04-02 02:30 am (UTC)"I'm afraid not. If I were, it wouldn't be nearly so dreary."
He strikes a pose of his own, bringing one leg straight up beside him. "You must be new, darling. Should I assume I'm the first to welcome you?"

Date: 2016-04-04 10:53 pm (UTC)"Oui. I awoke here quite recently, abducted from my humble dorm room during the depths of slumber," Femio explains. "I have to say I agree with you. These hallways are indeed frightful. Their sorrowful nature can only be attributed to that of the castle's master- whoever they are, they must be quite desperately in need of my love!"

Date: 2016-04-05 12:37 am (UTC)Then he stares.
"Your...love, beautiful?"
(no subject)
Date: 2016-04-05 09:01 am (UTC)"Yes," Femio says, placing a hand to his own heart, "For you see, I am one uniquely qualified to be a true prince: One who loves everyone, and is also loved by everyone!"
Rose petals start drifting in.
"And that," he continues, gesturing with his free hand, "Is doubtless the cause for my abduction. The poor, lovesick master of the castle has taken me, in the hopes of making my love theirs and theirs alone! Their pain must simply be unbearable!"
(no subject)
Date: 2016-04-07 05:20 am (UTC)...He doesn't know what to say.
At least he can enjoy the sight of the rose petals drifting past his own body. (...But where did they come from? He's almost positive Grune's roses aren't in bloom yet.)

Date: 2016-04-03 12:54 am (UTC)Just another day in the castle, Ryoji supposes. He stifles a chuckle and comes a little closer, wracking his brain for Mitsuru's explanations of French terms. Oh. Was he flirting with him?
"Well, bonjour to you as well! I'm sorry to say I'm not the master of this castle. Actually, I don't think anyone is..."

Date: 2016-04-04 11:33 pm (UTC)And 'beam' is also what Femio does when the other teenager returns his Francais, but it falters at that last part. In fact, Femio's entire pose does, for a moment- his shoulders droop and he gives Ryoji a startled blink.
"But-" Femio starts to say, then clears his throat. He continues, in a stronger tone, "But then, who was it that abducted me?"
(no subject)
Date: 2016-04-06 09:43 pm (UTC)He does notice that shoulder slump, though. So even confident people get a little nervous when they end up in a new place like this, huh? Ryoji shouldn't be surprised.
"Um, I don't think anyone did. It's more... the castle just chooses to pull people out of different worlds and times. We don't really have any control over it."
I need to do this because if Tauriel has trouble understanding METTATON sometimes....
Date: 2016-04-13 05:27 pm (UTC)She blinks, and blinks again. Why...is he standing like that?
"No, I am not. As far as I know, this castle has no master." She looks over the young man--a human, maybe? "Are you newly come to this place?"
(no subject)
Date: 2016-04-26 02:34 am (UTC)"Oh, my."
What a colourful person!
