He doesn't, following after Sans, albeit... slower. A nice leisurely walk behind the skeleton on a mission up there. Then Sans is suddenly there, invading his personal space in a welcome way. Well. Seems like there are a lot of hugs flying around, lately.
He's soft, cool as the stone walls around them, and comfortable... if one wasn't expecting real bone, a normal skeletal hug. Naturally, his reflex is to hug back and not say a thing.
