The other child gains some impressive speed, considering their injury. But Chara isn't injured and more than that, they're angry, even if it isn't readily apparent from their expression. It's easy for them to keep pace, easy for them to swing their knife around in decisive slices.
"Fix this, and I'll stop it," they call out. They're not sure what they mean by fixing 'this' either. RESET, maybe? Can the other child even do that without them?
