One particular 'that someone' happens to be none other than a tall... skeleton. He's dressed all in black and white, the only spots of color being a golden watch on his wrist and a brown businesslike satchel on his shoulder. Funnily enough, those are the only two things he's wearing that seem real. His true clothing almost seems to lack detail. It's uncanny.
Unfortunately for her, this one is mute. Fortunately, though, he carries a small chalkboard in his satchel in case of emergencies. Plan A is always to see if whoever he's met happens to know sign language, first.
