Definitely poor. Also tough, as it'd take a little climbing and a good chance of getting struck by the lightning from the clouds and Sparks himself before getting anywhere near enough for a tackle.
They stare at their hands... Yeah, they get it, they think. Kill the lights, or at least the lightning.
Unfortunately, the only answer they can give is a semi-helpless shrug. "He's not--he needs to do this. He'll stop soon." That is, soon they'll actually try to stop him instead of encouraging him to let loose.
