Frisk's graduated from 'lying on a couch' to 'lying in the garden'. They're on their back in a bunch of grass with an arm flung over their eyes, looking asleep. They're not.
Even with all the dead trees still around, the sinking sun's nice, the flowers're nice...
...and that makes it worse that they don't actually feel any better, being there.
