Asriel hadn't talked much to the other Sanses on the island. It still seemed... awkward. He doubted the skeleton would be too fond of him if he learned he was the same person as the flower who manipulated his brother. Multiple times. Maybe Sans already knew. It's hard to tell with the monster he once deemed as "Smiley Trashbag."
