They aren't sure what he might mean by 'see or feel', but they make a guess of sensing SOULs. "Yeah. There's...a few Sans-es here. But they're different. Couple of them are human right now, just like I'm a demon when I'm usually human." They lift a hoof in demonstration.
Frisk opens their mouth, lifts their hands, but neither words nor signs make themselves known. Hopefully he was a good dad--they're not going to put all of their faith in him just yet--but if he was, describing things that've happened to some of them won't be all that nice to hear.
