Everything about the place so far was bizarre, but nothing has made Facilier fear for his life, yet. Still, he was sensing a definite theme with all this skeletal-demonic-marionette-origami-monster stuff, so it wasn't a surprise to see yet someone else who looked 'monstrous', for lack of a better term. Frisk had said as much and Facilier was very good at paying attention to things that mattered to him personally.
Things that might end up costing, he was still learning about, so he approached Hermes in the courtyard without much hesitation by now.
"Hey there, stranger." He was emboldened by how many times that kind of approach had worked rather than gotten him bitten, jaded to the idea of nonhuman entities already before he came, but growing more used to non-lwa all the time. "Ain't seen you around before. Are you new?"
Leading with that was best, rather than confessing that he himself was fresh off the boat.
