Toshi knows well enough that Barnaby has more of a personal space bubble than either Tiger does. He's much more amenable to casual touch, now, but he's still not quite the clinger that Kotetsu is. Toshi loves that about his human original. He loves the open smiles and the fond touches. He would hang off of Kotetsu all the time, if he thought he could get away with it.
Even with the nagging little feeling of guilty and worry he still has, the side-hugs and Kotetsu's theatrical storytelling keep the worst of it at bay. What a dweeb. Toshi... totally adores him. The laughter fills him up and makes him feel light. A genuine smile breaks across his face. He can't keep up playing Barnaby for this scenario, he's got a terrible poker face when it comes to Kotetsu.
"... You had to jump out a window?" His tone wavers between Barnaby's 'that was stupid' tone and shocked fear. He's never letting you out of his sight again. No more hibernation mode. He will be alert at all times. He doesn't even realize his arm is getting a little tighter around the hero.
