Kotetsu's gaze snaps up when he hears his name called. Even now, his heart skips a beat when he sees someone looking at him again, even if that should no longer be a surprise where Grune is concerned. But, much like the feel of the grass beneath his fingers, it's not something he's about to take for granted again any time soon.

He sees her, and his smile only widens. "Grune, hey!" And Kotetsu is still a little unsteady when he gets up to his feet - he wobbles a bit, sways a bit. But then he heads right on over to wrap her in a tight, enthusiastic hug. It's only when his hand makes contact with the fabric of her clothes that he lets himself believe, really believe, that it's over.
