He's had young children before. It's not always the best thing, giving in easily when they're furious and demanding things, especially when it's obvious the child in question hasn't been eating or sleeping nearly enough. No, he'll just have to weather this storm of theirs and find out what is going on... see that they eat and rest. Nobody else is going to.
